Shout out to Paris at the office she’s been great! Super helpful and always on point with communication. The maintenance team has always been good any time I had an issue; they were quick to fix it. I also thought it was really cool that they brought in food trucks for the residents—nice touch! Overall, I’ve had a great experience here. I’d definitely recommend Avia 266 to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

Not the best apartments but definitely one of the best management teams. Quiet, clean, and good location. Not a roach in sight, which the rest of the greater phoenix area seems to struggle with. The thing that makes this place stand out is the management team. If i have an maintenance issue, a question about billing, or even just want to know what the team is planning for the future, I can head to the leasing office and have all of my questions answered, or have all of my issues addressed. They have a constant stream of communication via emails with planned events, maintenance announcements, and food trucks that visit the apartment complex.

I have lived here since June 2019 and just signed up for a renewal for another year. Clean, quite and great place to live. Not by a lot of businesses so very quiet at night. Maintenance is quick and very good. The office mananged by Pam and Paris is Awesome. Understanding of personal situations. Accommodating for issues. Very Friendly and Personable. They look at more than the Black and White when there is a problem and truly love to help their tenants. Great place to live. Come join us. Thank you to everyone at this property.
