Five-Star Experience at Avia 266! I have been a resident at Avia 266 for the past year, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The team here—both the leasing office staff and the maintenance crew—deserve immense credit for making this apartment community feel like home. ​What stands out most is the consistently kind and generous nature of Office manager Pamela Parker and her team. From the moment I moved in, they've been incredibly supportive and responsive to every question and request. They manage the complex with genuine warmth and care, which is hard to find. ​ Equally impressive is the maintenance team's helpfulness and efficiency. Any time I've needed assistance, the maintenance request has been handled quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. Their commitment to maintaining the property and helping residents with issues big and small truly reflects how much they care. ​If you are looking for an apartment where the staff goes above and beyond, provides prompt maintenance, and truly operates with kindness, look no further than Avia 266. I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, safe, and has a great vibe overall. I have to give a special shoutout to Pam Parker, the property manager — she’s seriously the best! Pam is super nice, always helpful, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and the property. It makes such a big difference having someone like her running the place. Highly recommend!

I thought the grounds were really nice compared to other apartments in the area. Well maintained and everyone in the office was very lovely. Paris gave me a tour and was very wonderful :) She let me eat her snacks 😁 It seemed like a very quiet complex! Great touring experience (:

Shout out to Paris at the office she’s been great! Super helpful and always on point with communication. The maintenance team has always been good any time I had an issue; they were quick to fix it. I also thought it was really cool that they brought in food trucks for the residents—nice touch! Overall, I’ve had a great experience here. I’d definitely recommend Avia 266 to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

Not the best apartments but definitely one of the best management teams. Quiet, clean, and good location. Not a roach in sight, which the rest of the greater phoenix area seems to struggle with. The thing that makes this place stand out is the management team. If i have an maintenance issue, a question about billing, or even just want to know what the team is planning for the future, I can head to the leasing office and have all of my questions answered, or have all of my issues addressed. They have a constant stream of communication via emails with planned events, maintenance announcements, and food trucks that visit the apartment complex.
