I first came here 8 months ago to get a tour by Marissa then a few days later I moved in I love it here the staff is wonderful miss paris and miss Pamela are the best property management I've dealt with in years anytime I have a problem or any issue they always take care of it and reach out afterwards to see if it was resolved I've been having seizures and they always check in on me it's more than a apartment staff feels more like family how they always have your back, Andd the maintenance man Bradley is great too water was cold one time he went out of his way to go check and resolve the issue this is a good place for anybody trying to move to the Tempe mesa location bet you won't find nothing than avia 266 free parking trash pick up 24/7 gym dog park 2 pools and a big community grill/play area can't wait to renew my lease -kentrell
Pam made the process easy and first month free! Laundry in unit, gym pool actually open, extra bathroom and a patio the things I wanted in my last place but they didn't have and it's 150 less than my last place so I'm satisfied.... only day 2 so I'll update if needed but so far I'm liking AVIA 266

This is an amazing apartment complex and very well managed by the kind professional and efficient property manager Miss PAM!! Also, Miss PARIS the leasing agent is truly an asset to Avia266!!! You won't go wrong by making this apartment complex HOME ð¡!!!
In the last few months that Pam has taken over as Manager, the place to live is here at Avia. She has really cleaned up the property like planted flowers, she holds tenant activities every month and makes sure we are informed. I have lived here now for 2 years and I love it. Kudos to Pam for stepping up.
I love this place and Pam the Property Manager make you feel like a friend. The property is well kept, the maintenance now is great. I will be renewing
This place is perfect. The location is by two major freeways and you have a park just down the street and three grocery stores. My mom loves it here because it's right by her doctor and she goes to adult day care.
The girls in the office is really sweet I love how they decorate the office during the holidays. Plus we have a dog park just around the corner from our apartment. The neighbors are really nice too. This place is really nice and safe which is important.
And if you have a problem Pam will try to help you. I will be staying here for a while.
